If you can read this page, the web tier is responding. If you can’t reach the dashboard, sign-in, or any state guide, email support@charityfile.com and include the URL you’re trying to reach. We’ll respond promptly during US business hours.
What changed recently
Product, data, and citation updates are recorded in the change log. The most recent entry is usually within the last seven days.
Reporting a data issue
If a fee, deadline, or exemption looks wrong, please use the Report a data issue link in the footer of any page or email feedback@charityfile.com with the URL and what looks wrong. Customer reports are how we catch the rows that primary-source verification misses.
