- ✓Iron Rule: every fact in our database is anchored to a verbatim quote from the underlying primary source (state statute, agency regulation, or official form). No fabrication, no derived estimates.
- ✓Continuous re-verification: an autonomous agent re-checks every primary-source URL weekly. Source changes flag for human review.
- ✓Build-time invariants: our CI test suite fails the build if any consumer of the database (allow-lists, marketing copy, per-state forms) drifts from the underlying data.
- ✓Public transparency: a machine-readable JSON snapshot of these metrics lives at /api/quality; every database migration applied to production is logged reverse-chronologically at /change-log. Anyone can verify our claims without our cooperation.
