Duties that apply only to some organizations
- If the organization dissolves, merges, converts or transfers its charitable assets
“Idaho Code § 48-1907(1), the Idaho Charitable Assets Protection Act (ICAPA), requires charitable organizations to notify the Attorney General in writing of their intent to (a) dissolve or terminate operations, (b) convert to a noncharitable (for-profit) entity, or (c) transfer, sell, or otherwise dispose of substantially all or all of their charitable assets.”

- If the organization is a nonprofit corporation formed or qualified in this state
“The annual report must be delivered to the secretary of state for filing each year before the end of the month during which the public organic record of a domestic filing entity became effective, the statement of qualification of a domestic limited liability partnership became effective, or a foreign filing entity registered to do business in this state.”
